This stage of the launch process for Epic Church involves research, initial contacts and foundational ground work that will give balance and stride to the rest of the project. This includes raising support, hiring staff, developing leadership standards, creating strategies, and becoming a part of the Andover community. All of this is done in order to ensure a the best possible launch for Epic Church.
Why Launch a Church?

We believe that God has a burning desire to reach those who are disconnected and far from Him in the Andover area. We are prayerfully planning in such a way that He can use the endeavor of Epic Church to reach as many as our potentiality will allow. We want to Launch and Launch large. Many Churches struggle breaking certain growth barriers; we feel that if we can beat a few of those barriers coming out of the gate that we will be much more effective, in the long run, at accomplishing our mission (to seek the disconnected in Andover and help them make bold moves to know God - becoming fully developed mature Christ followers who live out the love of God) and of accomplishing our vision (being a catalyst of evangelism through the vehicle of reproducing churches in Andover/Wichita, Kansas, and beyond). |
