Starting a Church from scratch is not a cheap enterprise. There are large initial start up costs that deal with everything from purchasing equipment to acquiring 501c3 (non-profit tax-exempt) status. Along with initial startup fees there will be ongoing budget needs at Epic Church; anything from staff salaries to mailing out postcards.
Count the Cost (Luke 14:28-30): Jesus said that before anyone builds a tower he should count the cost. We are seeking to be faithful accountable stewards who have done everything on our side of eternity that we can in order to ensure that we have counted the cost!
Year One initial start up cost: $64,700
(this includes but is not limited to: Computer equipment, advertising materials, moving expenses, sound board, trailer, various other sound equipment, lighting, legal fees, etc)Yearly Budget Needs: $226,109
(this amount includes but is not limited to: Ministry expenses, rental & utility fees, office supplies, ongoing communication mailings, advertising,three full time staff - lead Pastor, Children’s Pastor, Worship/Creative Arts Director, insurance, payroll taxes and so much more)
