An Epic Journey

We have been looking for a house in Andover for quite some time.  The honest truth is it has been a little discouraging and frustrating.  Everything that we would find even worth looking at would get snatched up right away (a good sign that the area is growing but hard to find a house).  When we would look at houses they all seemed to be way over priced for what you got.  We really didn’t know what we were going to do.

The last time we were in Andover, we looked at a spec house (a new house that was already in the process of being built).  I thought that there was no way we would ever even look at a new house - our realitor even told us that he didn’t think a new house would be a good option.  Jenni and I were blown away (as was our realtor), the house had nearly 500 sq. feet more than comprible houses we had looked at in the same price range and it was under our budgeted amount.

I still can’t believe the deal we got – it is really perfect for having tons of people over (the basement is even finished).  Anyway.  We are excited and can’t wait to use the space to meet people and invite them into a relationship with Jesus!
