Our Piece of the pie…

Well, according to a study done by Baylor University’s Institute for Studies of Religion, 36% of Americans attend church.
According to the Washington Times, the lead researcher for the study believes that Americans exaggerated their attendance:
When asked at a press conference whether he was certain that one-third of the American populace is in church every week, he allowed that some of the respondents in the poll might have exaggerated their attendance.
“I’d say 30 percent,” he said, “but it’s very high.”
That means that on average there is 70% of our population not attending church.
These numbers are staggering. Just more confirmation that we need more new churches holding out the Word of Life to those who are far off and disconnected from Him!
