An Epic Journey

This weekend was a blast!  I haven’t done fireworks for the last 3 or 4 years, so this year Jenni and I decided to buy about $40 worth and just blow it all up! My friend Heath and I had fun putting on a display for our friends kids, they loved it!  I can’t wait to have Peter on the outside to enjoy things blowing up together (if Jenni were reading this right now, she would have said “boys…”, in that way girls can say that word).

We also got to see our friends Megan, Jonas, & Lucy Quam.  It was so good to hang out and talk late into the night!

We got to top it all off with a little work on the farm loading up the drill to plant Soybeans with Matt - I learned that you should never punch a bag of soybeans - they are the nerd of the seed world and their glasses break easy.

All in all it was a fun and exhausting weekend!
